House Rules - No, Smoking/vaping is NOT allowed inside the house, and Drugs of any kind are NOT permitted. - Must be 26 to Book and be present at the property. - No food or beverages in bedrooms. - No Pets - No Parties - No Events - No More persons than agreed to in the booking. - Must sign and follow the rental agreement with the provided Photo ID - Please refrain from flushing feminine hygiene products, wipes, or cooking oils down the toilet or sink. (Guests will be held financially responsible for any plumbing expenses as a result of these actions and could be charged damages of up to $1000.) - Please refrain from using the knob locks upon departure, as this may result in guests being locked out, incurring a $25 fee for re-entry. - If you rearrange furniture during your stay, arrange it back before checkout. **Rental Agreement People other than those in the Guest party outlined in the on-line agreement may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy agreed to in the online itinerary. No more than 7 persons (including infants) are allowed in the house at any time. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. **If you plan to party, do not book this house. It is our home, and you must treat it with respect. Unit is privately owned; the owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the premises. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order; removing any items from the house, including living and kitchen furnishings, is not permitted. Only use appliances for their intended uses Pets of any kind are NOT allowed. **PARKING – Park in the driveway or inside the fence. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. **Housekeeping: A starter set of toilet paper and paper towels is supplied. If you’re a heavy paper towel/toilet paper user, there are places locally where additional items can be purchased. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. **Check Out is at 10 am. Before you leave, we ask that the items below be completed to help our housekeeper quickly prepare for the next guest. Please remove and dispose of all items in the refrigerator. Place dirty towels in the provided laundry basket or tub/shower of the bathrooms. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately. We will find it and charge you regardless. It is our home. Treat it as if it were your own. REMEMBER TO HAVE FUN AND ENJOY YOUR STAY!!! Booking through Airbnb/VRBO or any other booking site assigns your consent to all listed under "House Rules.”

Access codes for door entry will be provided. Please note that the alarm panel is not for guest use.
